Pasadera sits on 5 acres just south of Stillwater on Perkins Rd — close enough to be at Oklahoma State University in 5 minutes, far enough that you'll actually hear the cicadas at night. The grounds include our 12-casita community and the Pasadera Event Center, a wedding and private-event venue next door. The area around the property is quiet with open Oklahoma sky — good for evening walks and morning coffee outside. Downtown Stillwater, The Strip, and Eskimo Joe's are 10 minutes north; Boone Pickens Stadium and Gallagher-Iba Arena are 5 minutes away.

You have private access to the entire casita and its patio. Parking is open and on a first-come basis in two free shared gravel lots — one between Casitas 3 and 4, and the circle drive at the back of the community behind Casitas 6 and 7. There are no assigned spots; pick whichever lot is convenient. Please be courteous with parking — pull all the way in, leave room for other guests to fit beside you, and don't block other vehicles. Park only in the gravel lots and walk to your casita; keep the grass and pathways between casitas vehicle-free. The surrounding Pasadera grounds (5 acres) are shared with other casita guests. The adjacent Pasadera Event Center is booked separately and is not included with your stay — it is only open to guests who are there to participate in a separately booked event there. Events, parties, and gatherings are not permitted at the casitas or on the casita grounds. Wedding parties, receptions, and group events must be booked through the Pasadera Event Center.
